hey yishan,
it's GOOD to hear you qualified for the interview!! =D
but the prob is, i dunno whether you're going for the MGS or RGS interview. it'd better be the rgs one. haha. so if it's the rgs one, just read the following. if it isn't, then ignore it.. haha XD
okay. basically, they'll ask you stuff like:
1. Why do you want to come to RGS?
then i said smth like 'cos it's the top girls' sch in s'pore and i want to enhance my learning.. just say all those chim stuff and make yourself sound... smart? haha.
2. If I tell you you're accepted now, will you still study for PSLE? WHY?
erm, i got stuck at this one. but just say "cos i want to prove that i can excel not only in swimming, but in academic." yep! =)
3. what contributions can you make to the school?
DON'T SAY SWIMMING FIRST. SAY STUDIES FIRST. the answer should be like that lah: "i will work hard for my studies and get good grades. on top of that, i will train hard in swimming to improve as much as i can."
the other questions i kinda forgot, but should be around this line la. =) erm, basically just don't get nervous. remember: DON'T PANIC. if they ask you questions and you're STUCK at it, don't panic!! just do some quick thinking and answer the question WISELY. =) okay? good luck!! and how much i do hope the interview's for rgs.. =/

anyway, i think even if it's for mgs, the strategies should be around the same.. use the same techniques..... and same tricks.. yep. =) GOODIE LUCK!

baaah. okay me and yishan created this blog. okay fine it was mostly me but i'm just giving yishan a little responsiblity. as you can see, the blog is in a total mess now and i'm slowly clearing it up.. so just be patient and some day it'll be alright. trust me XD
well, well. school nats is coming and well, what else can i say but good luck? and okay, train hard. be serious in training and don't fool about anymore. take every training serious. : ) don't go for training for the sake of going, but go to IMPROVE everytime you swim. okay i shall not crap about anymore about being serious, it's up to you. your choice decides how your swimming results'll be.

OKAY. it'll take me quite a long time to clear up the mess in this crazy. crazy. crazy. blog. so um, well be patient, yeah.
